Payment Methods

Immediate payment is required to make sure your order comes through. You can pay by credit and debit cards via Paypal or make a bank transfer as pre-payment via Maksuturva if you have a bank account in a Finnish bank. 

After the payment, kindly wait till you are redirected to our webpage again as the order confirmation will then be emailed to you. If you do not get order confirmation within an hour from placing your order, please send us an email to kookygems@gmail.com .

Delivery methods

Orders are delivered by Priority Mail by Finnish postal services. Your order will be sent within the next five working days from placing the order. If you need your order quicker, please contact us before placing the order to see if we are able to dispatch it quicker. Please keep in mind that quicker dispatch is not always possible, so it is crucial to check it beforehand.

In case of Force majeure, such as strikes, civil unrest or natural catastrophe,  Kooky Gems cannot be hold responsible if cannot meet the delivery time.

We can also deliver your order to a different address than the billing address. Keep in mind that it need to be valid address for the person it is send to, otherwise c/o must be used. If recipient doesn´t live in the address given, we cannot be held responsible and therefore will not refund for item getting lost or delayed or any extra costs that will occur if items need to be sent again. We are also not responsible for delays, extra costs or missing parcel that occur if buyer has given us a faulty delivery address and will not refund them. However if this happen, please contact us and we will try to track the parcel and help you out.

When buying our product as a present to someone, we can send it directly to the receiver if you wish. Just make sure you write a note when placing the order and remember to include the recipients address. We can also add a message with the parcel, just let us know. Please keep in mind that you cannot order items to be sent to two different addresses at the same order but you need to make to separate orders for this.

We constantly update our shop to keep it updated but if we run out of a product you have ordered, we will contact you immediately. We reserve the right to cancel and refund items from your order that are out of stock.

Shipping costs to Finland

Delivery costs for most of our items are 1€ per order and they will be delivered as priority mail. Some items are too big to be send in an envelope size box and shipping costs for them are 5€ per order.

When placing the order, you must choose Priority Mail (Only in Finland) and the postage costs will automatically update when adding items to cart. Please remember that delivery costs are alway per order, not per item.

Shipping costs to all other countries

Delivery costs to all other countries than Finland are 5€ per order and they will be delivered as recorded priority mail. When placing the order, you must choose Recorded Delivery Priority Mail (Outside Finland) from the shipping options if your shipping address is located outside Finland. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not have the right shipping method chosen.

Please keep in mind that shipping costs are per order, not per item.

All possible taxes and customs fees when ordered outside EU are at buyer responsibility only, we do not claim any responsibility of them. We always write the real value of the parcel for the customs and make no exceptions. If you need more information on customs and taxes, please contact the authorities on your country.

Returns
 
Sometimes parcels get smashed on the way no matter how well we pack them. If this has happened to your parcel, please make a claim to your post office and then contact us to agree on new delivery.

The right to return items is 14 days from the day of receiving the order. Please contact us in advance if you want to make a return as we need to give you guidelines for packing and posting. If items break during the return delivery because not been packed properly, we reserve the right not to accept return.

Exception to returns are products that are made as customers requested, for example longer or shorted necklaces as they are considered custom made. Also earrings cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. Product that is returned must have all original labeles attached and it must be in same condition as when received. If we have a strong reason to suspect that the item has been worn, we reserve the right not to accept return.

All possible custom and tax fees paid when ordering outside EU are not refundble by Kooky Gems. You can possibly claim them back from your country officials but unfortunately we cannot give you any guidance with that.
